Armpit to armpit Is 23 inches. Vertical length of shirt measured from mid back collar bottom seam to the bottom of the shirt is 30 1/2 inches. Shoulder to shoulder across it 19 inches. There is a white mesh vent material to mid upper back that helps to provide ventilation and allow air to pass through for comfort.
