    Lot of 3 Vintage KAROL KAY UNDIES Undershirts Nighties Slip NOS Original Box NWT. New Old Stock with original store Box. Box shows age wear. The tops are New Old Stock, but all three have small reddish/brownish spots all over them - see pics. (I did not try to remove or clean)  I'm not sure what these are - they look like girl's undershirts - but they are really long, so maybe they were made to be worn as a nightie or under a dress?  The tops are not marked with a brand name, so I am not certain they are original to this box, but they did come to me this way.
