This a used Nuclear Instrumentation Module was originally incorporated into a PEC FS190 Field Spectrometer. It's Clean and in excellent condition.
What little we know about the PEC PAD 800 NIM BIN plugin device is that it utilizes an EG&G ORTEC HBA106 Hybrid Amplifier Circuit for each of its eight channels. I'm not familiar with this particular unit or its design, so you'll find lots of photos here for you to check out. Do you have any information on this? Any additional information that could be added to this description would be much appreciated.
