Vintage 1960’s to 70’s GERMAIN’S, INC. TWIST-EMS TIES & WALL MOUNTABLE DISPENSER with 1,001 Home & Garden Uses! Pre-owned and visually it’s in good condition but I’m not exactly certain how this dispenser gives u ties? I’m guessing you’ll have to cut it somehow and the thing on the top sure looks like it would be it... but I’m not exactly sure how it’s supposed to be used? since I could not get it to cut a piece off for me. Maybe needs to be re-sharpened? Maybe it’s broken? Or bent? Or I’m just not doing it right? Anyhow, when trying to cut the twistie the glue that has always held the paper or correction, two pieces of green paper together around the metal “tie” part, had become unglued or undone (the glue is 50 to 60 years old so I guess it’s not too surprising lol). If youre planning on using the dispenser and ties but cannot get it to cut properly, I’ve found that a good pair of scissors works perfectly. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail. Please use zoom.
